Re: precision 3254e
Sounds like a simple basic setup that this turbo will do well on. Whats your hp goal and what fuel are you gonna use? You might be able to max turbo out at 480-500whp on good fuel and a highly efficient piping and intercooler setup but thats strecthing it imo!!!

24x12x3 intercooler, 3inch piping on the cold side, can have 3inch on the hot side. run a 76mm tb(if the intake manifold will alow a 76mm tb), a good flowing exhaust and you should make good power without a problem. is this your dd or weekend warrior?

There's no need for anything over 2.25-2.5" piping for that power level and a much smaller intercooler can be utilized to maximize the power for a smaller GT3254 turbocharger.

My god, those are VERY unique parts for a simple 300. That type of setup is made for over 1000hp to the crank, literally.

I beleive the OP said something about going with a bigger turbo later down the road. This would give him plenty of room to grow. I understand your wanting the OP to live within the means of his current turbo but this would keep him from having to buy another intercooler, piping.....etc, if all he plans on doing is putting a bigger turbo on later.

Like with anything, moderation is best. That kind of equipment isn't even used by a lot of people in SFWD class racing. That's like putting a size 16 shoe on a 10 year old.. Sure he'll eventually grow up wearing a larger size, but that doesn't mean he should buy shoes as though he's in the NBA.
