Its going down tomorow night ... im installing everytyhing, then running open o2 housing to the muffler shop where they will make the DP and weld up the charge pipes.
I am going to run the "hack" for now, my friend is socketing his p28 this week, and ifs it is sucessful i will be running uberdata by october.

Johny Race Car 4" intercooler - allready fitted and bumper trimmed

Honda resistor box of f22a
2.25 i/d u bend (turbo to ic charge pipe)
2.5 i/d u bent (after IC charge pipe)
Blue Silicone ebay special Tube (2-2 feet section (2.25 & 2.5for coupplers)
3' -3an stainless feed line w/banjo for 14b
1.5' -3an stainless line for feed to tee

I plan on having the muffler shop make a DP off the o2 housing. Using their gaskets & flanges. 2.5" off o2 housing , mandrel elbow , 2.5" flex section(i provide), 18" - 2.5" id - 4" od resonator to exhaust. weld charge pipes and probably make bend for compressor outlet to intercooler inlet.

That was my checklist...it may be a little out of order now that I know more, but it should give you a couple ideas

 

thats a very thorough checklist. thanks. I totally forgot about plugging up my o2 sensor hole on the housing, and having one made in the DP.

b16 turbo plugs anyone ?
