Default Opinions/Thoughts/Comments/Help: Please read!

Alrighty, well I'm somewhat new to the whole turboing thing, but I'm learning as much as I can swallow! I have a 94 Accord LX 5spd and I have been researching a custom turbo kit for a few weeks now. I have made a short, but to the point, and precise list of things for a basic "junkyard" kit. So tell me, am I missing anything? What would you recommend, or just what do you think? Thanks!

-DSM 1g manifold and o2 housing (going to send to machine shop to be matched to my F22B2 motor)
-manifold gasket and turbo gasket/adapter plate
-14b turbo (1g DSM)
-15 feet of assorted vaccuum lines
-DSM oil return line tapped and welded into oilpan (where is the best location on the pan?) (also new oil pan gasket, duh)
-3" DSM downpipe and gaskets to manifold and cat
-1g DSM blow off valve with adapter flange (any gasket needed?)
-1g DSM 450cc injectors (OEM injector seal kit needed?)
-Walbro (or similar) 255 lph fuel pump
-Some brand fuel pressure regulator and gauge
-2.25 inch intercooler and turbo pipes (custom bent)
-Starion front mount intercooler with custom made brackets
-various sized couplets and c-clamps
-2.5 inch exhaust pipes
-boost gauge, turbo timer, custom manual boost controller (need a how-to!)
-standalone (probably GReddy e-manage)
-all new bolts/nuts etc

List is kind of long. I can get all of the pipes for free from the garage I work at, I just need to rent a pipe-bender to bend them (Autozone). Also, most of the parts I can get from a garage or for low prices because I sell parts online (name brand parts, Walbro, GReddy, etc.). So, how does that sound. I want to run 5-6 psi daily SAFELY and hit about 8-10 on the track (on rare occasions!).

Let's get some feedback! Sorry so long!

I think that the turbo you have listed will be to small, just buy some mandrel u-bends to make the charge pipes and dp.I don't know if the dsm dp will match up or fit a all.Same with the oil return.
For the most part your list seems like a good start.

Since I posted, I've found a few DIY's for Oil Return/Feed lines. That should be suffiecient. Also, I get FREE pipes, so I may as well make use of that and bend them myself or at the shop. The downpipe will match up to the manifold easier and can probably be welded to the cat flange.

The biggest problem I'm seeing right now is the manifold. I've heard from a lot of places that with some modifying it WILL fit, but I've also seen the opposite. I really need some experienced feedback!

the only problem is that you will have some tight bends to make and crush bends aren't the best for flow, they will be restrictive.

I've never done this so i don't have any experienced feedback. How much do you anticpate this will cost you? The manifold itself (buying and modifying the manifold). You may be better off just having one made.

I can get the manifold from 50-200 dollars. I can go through a machine shop that we deal with and probably spend about 100 dollars there to get the holes redrilled and port matched if needed. If I need to make tight bends, I can use the bender at my work.
