pounds vs. size of turbo??
ok,im using 370 cc injectors, but im only using a t3,running 10 pounds daily, fuel managment is a vafc, walbro 255,aem fpr and the 370's.im using a msd boost retard. All this on a b16a3 with a p30.im confused when people ask such veigh questions like "will xxx cc injectors be big enough for xx pounds of boost?",wouldnt the size of the turbo be an important thing to include,or do i have it wrong here,it does not matter the size of the turbo but it just matters the amount of pounds your pushing, wouldnt a t3/t4 need more fuel at 10 psi then a t3 at 10 psi?does my set up sound like it will last at 10 psi???thanx.

Actually, the way you are looking at it, it all depends on effciency. If one turbo is way out of it's effciency range at 10psi, then you would want more fuel to counter the higher intake charge. So I guess size matters, but only if you figure in boost pressure and effciencies as well. Because other wise, 10psi is 10 psi, without the heat issue of course.

I don't know that much about the tuning part of turbos. I would probably stay away from an FMU though. I would really have to see some compressor maps, know the exact size of your engine, and the exact turbo specs in order to make a judgement on which would be better for you. Don't worry though, eventually, someone with some "real" turbo experience will respond soon enough.
