Default Potential “real world gains”

I’m currently running a stock B16A1 inlet manifold and throttle body,
I have the option to install an ITR (C6) inlet and throttle body,
Based on the amount of boost I run/will run am I going see any real word improvement that would make the change worthwhile?

Basic build,
B18C1, CP pistons, Eagle rods, ACT etc
Hybrid GT28RS/30R on ramhorn
ITR cams
3” DP and system
750cc injectors
S300

I’m looking to break into the low 400’s as I don’t think the Turbo and manifold will support more, T25/28 flange.
I don’t believe in changing for the sake of changing, unless the overall gains are worth the effort and expense.
The plot is just over 300 at 7psi (1st plot), map has been altered since this plot at the top end to smooth out, it’s probably closer to 310-315.

My previous map made 360 at 13psi (2nd plot) so I feel the set up should have enough to break into the 400 range.

youll see power gains with a bigger manifold and tb.
my only example i can give is i had a skunk2 tb and manifold on a sohc "ebay" turbo setup and my dyno jumped 16whp and that was with a sketchy tuner from memphis tn. so take that for what its worth but basically what im sayin is if my old hatch (junk) can pick up 16 with a real bad tune then go for it. and that was 4 years ago

im building a similar setup thats almost complete with the same goals. what turbo manifold are you using? im shootin for 423whp (only bec my roommate has a teggy with 422) and also what size wastegate and intercooler are you workin with?

I'm running a Neukin, I'm sure my set-up will reach my target but if I can make that with the B16 Inlet and TB I'm happy, on the other hand, if I can make the power with less boost with the ITR units then obviously I will swap, but 1 or 2 psi difference isn’t going to prompt my choice to change.

It would prompt me if I already had the itr handy. Id take time to swap some bolts to run 2 less psi

it looks like something is choking you up on the top end, do you have a restrictive exhaust, what size is your hot side?
