Post your pump+meth setups
Looking for dyno plots and install pics of different meth setups. I had a twin nozzle aquamist setup on my sti and loved it. Looking for options on my honda as well as how others integrate them and provide failsafes.
Please Include:
system being run
nozzle size
water meth %
install location
dyno

I'm using a Snow Performance progressive meth kit on mine with the largest nozzle. I have it plumbed in about 3"-4" from the throttle body.I'm using Snow Performance Boost Juice. We haven't put the car on the Dyno yet. Hoping to make between 400-450 on 93/meth. We use a mustang Dyno btw.

It's just what we sell and use on 75% of the customers cars that come through the shop. Before this, I used a coolingmist kit back when I had my neon. Besides a pump seizing up (which was bought second hand) in a 4 year period, it worked well also. I don't have any experience with aquamist, but I'm sure they work well also. On the neons, we typically see 40-50whp gains with meth. I planned to run this car on e85 but it's gotten too hard to get a hold of around here so this seemed like the best option.

yeah its hard to get e85 around me so I figured I'd dive back into meth injection. I absolutely loved my aquamist setup from before, although it was kinda pricey... anyway more meth setups please

I've always heard bad things about spraying meth into the turbo. On my bosses neon, we did used to spray water straight at the center of the wheel. Not sure how much it really helped though.

Please re-read the article as well as its interpretations stated above. that is the caveat.. (The BUT... Before you get excited). The "cooling" is only an after effect because there is a higher risk of the compressor wheel compressing FLUID that's before its flashpoint and will errode the wheel.
Stop thinking one dimensionally with regards to "COOLING". It doesn't mean crap if your compressor wheel is damaged from housing contact because it tried to compress a liquid.

because before I used the kit aem ...... then I decided to upgrade
aquatech pump is like many other kits
aem to have only the progressive controller and bottle, which seems to work well

Anyone ever run meth without a intercooler setup?
Ive seen it a couple times on domestic...but not more than 15psi....not sure if that matter just saying

AEM meth kit running 51-water 49-meth mixture with 93 pump. Fail safe to hondata s300 for boost cut and timing. Running the largest nozzle that come with the kit.
