Default Poping and Bogging Out at 10 psi

Recently I swapped my blown sc-61 turbo for a new sc-61. Prior to the swap my car was tuned to 450 at 22psi. Now after swapping the turbo I am running into a few problems. I did the swap about a month ago and did not have much time to drive the car. Yesterday I went out and ran into some problems. When I was in WOT at around 10psi the car would start to pop and bog down. Won’t go past 10psi. At minimal levels of boost the car drives fine. Tonight I’m going to look for vac leaks and do a compression check. If the compression check turns out fine, what else should I be looking for? The car did not over boost prior to this problem. Could this be a problem with my tune? Any suggestions??

Thanks!

I was having a problem where my spark was being blown out cuz of crappy spark plugs and the same thing was happening. Check ur plugs.

It might that you are lean on fuel...
Try turning up the fuel pressure a bit.... and see if it still does it....
