It depends on how much boost you're running, my firts turbo gsr I had .32 and running at 7 pounds. The more boost you run, the lower you go. Some guys run .26 at 14 pounds. You get the drift, good luck.

 

1) For every 50hp gain, decrease gap by 0.004 from stock
2) For every 75-100hp gain go one step colder

.033 is what mine is gapped to. 2 step colder..

 

but what about the plugs bkr7e or BCPR7ES is better for running 12psi of boost
