Default Plug Issues

Hey guys.. these are bkr7e's OEM is bkr5e's

I am not sure what to make of it... Over heated? I run 11:1 under boost at 14.7:1 part throttle. 6 PSI on 10:1

I pulled this plug after a days driving... not after a WOT run. but should it be at least a bit colored?

Any help guys?

Thanks so much,
Andrew Deihl

My plugs look exaclty like that aswell. The centre electrode is brown and the side electrode is white- is that normal for a boosted appl. car?
