I'm running 440cc injectors on D16z6 Engine.. And 7PSI spring on wastegate.

timing looks fine. once tuned on a dyno i wouldnt be surprised if you could add a little in there (but dont do it on the street).
i would raise the vtec to right around 4800-5000. do you have a log manifold??? setting vtec too low on a log mani can mess things up, happened to me.
also the rev limit looks to be 8119rpms. id change that to 7200-7400 or so.
oh yea if you plan on running at the track, enable the vtec under 20mph, that will let u hit vtec in the burnout box heating up your tires and off the line on a hard launch.
looks fine otherwise

Thanks a lot! I've changed VTEC to 4800 and set Rev Limit to 7500
Yes I have log manifold.. I can't tune timing on the dyno because where is no dyno in our whole country
I will be doing full street tuning and this will be my first time

I would pull a bit of timing and make the power up with more boost. High peak cylinder pressures and the D16 dont mix.
Overall the setup looks pretty good though
do you have a wideband O2 sensor to tune the fuel?

ya, that would help but I think you should do more than that in the higher boost colums. That motor is only a ~75mm bore and there is a pretty well documented problem with the headgasket seal. There are several theorys but i think the most accepted one is that the sleeves shift and unseat from the gasket.
It looks like you have some kind of hybrid turbo so even at 11psi it gonna be moving a good bit of air. I would start with 14* at 11psi and see how it goes.
Do you have an EGT gauge?
