Sounds to me like you don't have mising link check valves. If there not there your ecu is getting a whole bunch of readings it can't handle. Very rough idle, toxic when running, all the symtoms you just mentioned.

I was still writing my reply while he posted the fuel pressure info, etc...
But anyways, I have 310's with an inline pump and fuel pressure at about 47psi and it wouldn't idle without a fuel controller. It was so bad I could see fuel coming out of a crack in my exhaust manifold...lol

Oh..i didnt think u needed a fuel controller til you go over 310cc...but i guess try taking those injectors out and replace them with ur stock injectors. See if that helps...if it does, you know you need a fuel controller of some type to get ur car to idle rite with those injectors.

That's what I heard as well...maybe others get them to idle without a fuel controller by lowering the FP with an adjustable FPR?

Doesnt white smoke have to something to do with the coolant system? I'm almost positive it does.
Check your coolant system.
Check your coolant system.

Re: please help runing very very rich (mannysir)
i dont think the oil lines have anything to do with it. if anything, bigger 1/4 larger oil lines should help, not make the problem bad. maybe the turbo you got had bad seals in the first place. what you should do is take that controller off and sell it. you dont need it. if you want to, you can take off the controller and see how it runs. an upgraded fuel pump and those 310s are good enough to work in conjunction with the fmu.

Re: please help runing very very rich (mannysir)
I had holley intank forced induction fuel pump and 440 cc injectors with 12:1 FMU and VAFC before. I notice when I first start the engine when the install was over it idle funny and lot of gas fume coming out. I set the vafc in narrow band and also wide band on 1000 rpm to -40 to saturate the fuel. I would assume that even it's 310cc injectors, the holley pump is crucial in delivering fuel. Lean it out if you havn't done so. White smoke is probably due to coolant or oil burn. Don't run thick oil feed line and do run large oil return line. Did you crank the oil out of the feedline before you start the engine and spool the turbo? If not , it very damaging sometimes. The knocking sound, if it solved? I say just take it to a shop that specialize in turbo install and get it fixed, many may not believe in shops sometimes but if they know more than you do, they might save the engine.
