I was driving today and all of the sudden i try to go into vtec and then
the rpm's start to flutter right around 4500, then the engine dies. Also,
my car seemed sluggish. Can yall help me determine what the problem
might be??

Im not sure if it matters but I have a cold air intake and it was raining
today. (i have 94 gsr)

is the CIA sheilded by anything, or is it where the water can get to it. If the water can get to it, or if you went throgh any puddles, you may hve sucked water into your engine and guess, what...water isn't combustable! That would be why your engine would flutter and die IF your intake sucked up some water.
