Both of my Fuel Pressure guages(one on the adjustable FPR next to the fuel rail, and one on the fuel filter) guages are maxed out at idle. Why?!?!?! The guages used to read around 45 at idle. I have not adjusted the FMU or FPR any, but now they are reading maxed out.

My mechanic bypassed the Cartech FMU and the fuel pressure is readying normal. Could it be that my cartech is crapped out?!?!? I thought the cartech was not in use until boost.

The car drives around fine. No bog and no black smoke. During boost there is full power and the a/f guage reads 3 lights into rich, so I doubt the FMU is DoEs AnYoNe KnOw WheRe I CaN GeT SoMe StRObE LiTEZ AnD LiGhT uP WiNdShiElD NoZzLeS??ed. Everything seems normal except the FP guages do not say so.

Why are my guages reading maxed out now?!?!?

perhaps the diaphragm is stuck in it's 'boost'ed state. Tap it or roll it down the street and try again.

I had an fmu once that did that.
