Default Please help with my D16 Drag setup.

Me and my friend, John (thank God he knows what he is doing) are almost finished installing my turbo setup. Still have to drill the oil pan, hook up the oil feed/return lines, hook up the gauges, and install the downpipe (which didn't come with a flange dammit). But I need some help from you guys. What should I gap my spark plugs to? Right now, they are at .35 but I think that is way too big. What do you think? Also as of right now, I'm running a Vortech FMU because the Hondata 2bd has not come in yet. When I get the Hondata on, will I pass emissions? I heard that it will but if not, can I disconnect a piece of charge pipe and slap an air filter on it and run a 0 boost or stock chip on my Hondata to pass emissions?
Here's my setup:
1995 Honda Civic EX (D16Z6 engine)
Drag Gen 3 Turbo Kit w/ T3/T4 turbo (63 A/R 53 or 54 trim) @ 7 PSI
All the parts that came with the Drag kit (Vortech FMU, Spearco intercooler, some inline fuel pump)
Straight pipe
Borla axle back exhuast

As soon as Podium Performance sends my Hondata to me, my setup will look like this:
1995 Honda Civic EX (D16Z6 engine)
Drag Gen 3 Turbo Kit w/ T3/T4 turbo (63 A/R 53 or 54 trim) hopefully @ 9 PSI
Hondata 2b with Datalogging
Spearco intercooler
inline fuel pump
RC 440 injectors
Stillen FPR
Straight pipe
Borla axle back exhuast (until I can afford a Thermal)

Thanks in advance! I hope I gave enough info for you guys to help me out.

I thought I needed a colder plug because of the turbo. I have read that many times.

Stock ignition gap is around .051". There's no way you can run a stock plug gap with FI without upgraded ignition. I ran my JRSC @ 8 psi with the plugs at .032" and never had a problem with the stock ignition.

OK, great! Thanks for your help guys. But what about the Hondata? What should I do about emissions?
