please help me get my car running before monday
me and my friend installed a thicker head gasket today but we couldn't finish because we didnt know exactly how to set the gears to have the timing set right. I know that installing a thicker head gasket your head moves up so the timing is off by like half a tooth, so thats why i got adjustable cam gears. I am going to keep my timing stock but i still need to change the gears a few degrees so the timing belt will fit in right? does it matter if i change them clockwise/counter-clockwise? or maybe one clockwise and one counter-clockwise so the marks in the middle line up? also, if the crank is at TDC then as long as the cams are also at TDC, timing should be fine even if the t-belt moves right? Im asking this because we marked the belt but I think it skipped a few teeth so the marks are off.
sorry about the long post and I hope you can help me, I need a car to work

Re: please help me get my car running before monday (Arturbo)
well, see i had to rotate the gears so the t-belt would even go in the grooves but the I kept cams at the same timing so ignition timing should still be the same
