Default please help!

ok i live in a hick town in Illinois and im sick of loosing to these hillbillies with there dumb camaros and mustangs so this winter id like to build a streetcar. i have a b16a motor id like to completely re due. i would like the thing to run 11s or better. i plan to run a precision turbo and ive never built a bottom end before. my question is what should i do to it? what sleeves? should i bore it over? how much? what crank rods pistons ect... my heads already built with skunk2 parts and im going to do their turbo cams if someone has a similar set up please let me know thank you.

First of all, what's your budget? That will really be the determining factor in all of this. It seems too that you should do a little searching through the FAQ at the top of the page because you're asking a lot of questions at once. The FAQ will give you a good place to start...

i have no idea ill spend 5 grand on the block alone if thats what it takes haha i want quality stuff i dont wanna keep rebuilding because stuff breaks
