Plans for a B20B Turbo project: How does one prep the engine for this?
what would the best thing to do to the engine if I put a57mm exducer T31, 76 trim turbine wheel I have the recourses to tear the engine apart but need a little help

Search on Google, B series turbo builds and recommended upgrades have been extensively well documented.
Sleeves are suspect after roughly 300WHP. I wouldn't go any further on stock B20 sleeves, and that's assuming you have a good tune. The same applies to rods and pistons.
Rod bolts are known to be problematic after roughly 7500RPM. ARP2000 is a nice upgrade.
MLS headgasket, and ARP head studs would also be good upgrades but the necessity of all these items depends on your power, goal, and intended application. Once again, search Google and the forums here for B series build threads and what setups others are running. Your question has been covered 10x in the last month alone.
