Default Engine rebuild help

I need my engine rebuilt. I got a B20 w/ 98 GSR head all stock. My goal is to boost 15psi. Which setup do you guys recomment (compression, sleaves, pistons)? Oh one more question would my T3 turbo good enough to boost 15psi?

The most common choices when rebuilding that motor are going to be:

Sleeve it (B20s have weak sleeves)
Forged rods
Forged Pistons (something near 9:1 CR)

Your turbo will do 15psi ... but it won't be nearly as efficient as a larger turbo...ie SC61 etc
