Default Planning on picking up a block

Planning on picking up this bottom end from JDM-sol 89 and is wondering how can i tell if a block is really sleeved and is really dont right with the right spec's?

Block is a Sleeved B16A2. GE sleeves, JE 10.5:1 pistons, Crower Rods, GE headstuds, new water pump/oil pump, new front and rear seals

http://www.hondamarketplace.com/show....php?t=2885561

The block is in this post. Just look for the one that has the sleeved b16a2.

Hes asking 1500. Is that to much or a pretty good deal? Sorry still a noob on these honda stuff.

But yeah this will be my first time going turbo so im just making sure im making the right choice. But a real good help from you guys's with experiences will really be appreciated..

Thanks.

And thought or anything post'em up.

Thanks alot guys.. Appreciated that.

The guy also said that his plan for this build was for a 600+hp build tuned on e85 and with a good turbo kit.

Does it seem about right. Sorry for the dumb questions just making sure im making the right choice this is my first build and first time going turbo. I was mostly an all motor guy. so yea.. Good help from all you turbo guys will definitly help me out alot.

Depends on your power goals. That will determine what turbo you should get.

power goals and money is the biggest thing to consider

my first kit was a pfab log mani/turbonetics 66mm and made 500+ on that with e85 i was happy
