Re: my block is finally finished (cinq)
Earl, BoostFed or someone (I'm sorry to call you someone) said they saw something (old post) something like 500rpm-800rpm faster spool and made something like 50whp peak on two similar setups (one 81mm and one 84.5mm).

umm my plans are pretty much just a bad *** street car, there are still a few things i need to get, the rest of the motor consists of an ls head, new valve seals, 5 angle valve job, skunk 2 itm and cam gears, aem fuel rail, hondata s200b, walbro fuel pump, 720cc injectors, a max rev turbo kit with t3t04 turbo, i have 2.5 inch downpipe and exhaust, which i might need to upgrade to 3 inch, all in my 92 integra that will remain stock looking, any estimated numbers you guys think this motor is gonna put out with proper tuning???????? throw em at me

I would rather you peice together a turbo kit btu you do have good parts there.
I would use the famous SC61 turbo with a inline pro mani very popular and build your kit based on those parts. If you got a little more dollars to spend full_race or lovefab mani will work great. with that motor you can expect to push similar numbers to BodyKitsNw setup which was around 400hp take a look at other peoples 84.5mm GE builds theres tons on here with turbo kits. research is your friend..

I have a similiar set up, with a stock head. We made a lot of power at very low boost with just the t3/t4 .57 trim, .63 exhaust. We would've made much much more had I been able to rev higher than 7900. Since my injectors were maxed out. (I had 550s). You should have no problem hitting around 400, even with the t3/t4 at moderate boost levels.

Re: my block is finally finished (hulkhb)
ha total cost???? im kinda afraid to even talk about that subject, because ive spent so much money and i dont even have the motor in my car yet, i can give you a rough estimate, with the turbo kit and everything, 3 greddy guages, turbo timer, i paid $2870 for the turbo kit with hondata, $160 a guage, all the motor work and installation and everything is gonna be around $7000, thats not even to mention the fact that i still need a few things, limited slip is gonna be crucial come track time, so im gonna have to wait for that till next year..............scary
