Default planning to boost. need help!!!

I was looking into getting an AEM EMS from horsepowerfreaks.com. I just wanted to know if this is a good price for all the stuff that comes with it. Here is the link:

http://www.horsepowerfreaks.co...48226

here is what you get:
AEM EMS for Civic
AEM WideBand without display
3.5 Bar MAP Sensor
Intake Air Temp Sensor & Connector
GM Boost Control Solenoid & Connector
Horsepowerfreaks, Inc. AEM Map for turbo'd Civics w/VTEC.

All for $1,850.00 without display and $1950 with wideband display. Thanks for any help!

Are you gonna tune it yourself? if so spend $100 on everything and run one of the free ROM editors floating around.

Well I was planning on messing around with it myself and taking it to a dyno here in Germany until I get back to the states.

So where can I get one? I was really interested in the AEM. Money is not really an issue. But if a ROM editir can do the same thing for way less, I'll look into it. What are the differences? Thanks!
