Default Pistons? Rods?

I am just wondering if i only change my pistons and rods for my d16z6, will it handle around 10 psi?

I hope so. That's all I'm doing.

Got a good deal on some used JE pistons, some LS rods rebushed, and I'm choosing to use a blockguard.

pistons and rods should hold 10 psi fine.

how much do those run me?? approximately???

Also, do you think I woud be able to change these myself?
coz whenever it touches the internals, it sounds hard..
i have done everything myself so far....
so... yea.. would it be easy?? do you need any special knowledge?

You're not sleeving, and you're only gonna boost around 10 psi.

Cost effective rods = LS rods. Cost me under $100.

After market rods, you're looking at $400+
