Piston size?
Bore it as little as you can, based on what you can get for pistons, or are required to in order to get 'perfect' cylinders.
Its only OEM and SRP pistons that come off-the-shelf in 75.25mm size, aftermarket forged are 75.5mm unless you custom order them. Just make sure you get the pistons, THEN bore it. You want to size the bores to the pistons, based on the piston mfg's recommended clearances.

I have a block that is going to need all new internals. should i might as well bore it out because it needs all of it. and should i sleeve it instead?
