Piston Rings
I think one of my oil rings are bad because I burn a hell of amount of oil. Yesterday I drove from Fortlauderdale To Miami and when I got to Miami, my oil level on my dip stick was on the low level mark. My Engine was build by JG a few years ago, with Arias Pistons and Saenze rods(ductile sleeves). My question is what's the best BRAND/TYPE of piston rings I should use on the rebuild.

Re: Piston Rings (brian b)
put total seal gapless and you will use about 50 quarts of oil between ft. laurderdale
and miami. total seal rings are total ****. i suggest you call arias and get you a set of rings. just ask around this board and youll see i am right

Re: Piston Rings (speedworks)
I'm kinda having the same problem and gonna turbo in the near future. Since I'm gonna change the rings shouldn't I do the pistons too or am I ok with just the rings.I have a 94 LS with 116xxx, can it handle boosting 7-9 psi daily? I've done the valve seals and it stopped it from burning like crazy but still is.
