wasnt totaly imformed on pistons i was ordering and got arias 9:4:1 compression 83 mm flat top pistons......i was plannin on 9:1 compression

its for my b16a2 and i plan on runnin around 350whp.......my question is whats really the difference between 9:4:1 and 9:1 compression? also read if i get a thicker head gasket it will lower the compression to around 9:1. will it be ok if i run 9:4:1 compression

 

the difference is about 0.4

 

Its all good in the hood

 

so it wont really matter that much? will i run higher whp but at more of a risk?

9:1 and 9.4:1 are really close. Don't worry about it.
