It sure seems like a lot of these manifold companies operate this way, except Full-Race. It is rediculous, maybe Ken should spend less time pretending to be a tuner, and more time fulfulling customers orders..

unfortunately full race can't help us in our situations. Peak boost has some good quality stuff i have friends that are using their kits and they are alot cheaper than full race but at least if you order from full race you get your product you PAY for. Its been way to long to try for the credit card charge back and i dont want my money back i just want my kit so i can finally drive my car thatss been sitting in the garage waiting for parts for over a year. Starting a thread with ppl need their parts would be good it might get really big but if it helps us get our stuff faster that would be good.

I ,as well, know the pain that is "Peakboost".
Still waiting on a couple of things.
A Little side note is he has someone else making his intercoolers now. NO LONGER PWR
They are Peakboost spec made by C.B.R. with C.B.R. couplers.

Is it possible for me to "Like" this thread?

I feel bad for you guys. I would seriously just call my credit card company and get my money back if I waited 6+ months for a damn turbo kit.

I'm curious as to why noone in this thread has mentioned contacting the better business bureau. It takes a while for them to take action...but they may respond before any of you get your orders from this guy lol.
This doesn't seem like a scam or anything, but they really need to be up front and realistic about when they expect to get your order to you, and avoiding contact with customers is a no-no. It's a huge misrepresentation on their part to not say anything about when they expect you to get your order.

Good Luck with the B.B.B.... They won't even be able to get a hold of Peakboost.
All they will do is call them and tell them someone is complaining about the customer service He/She is receiving.
Hopeless Cause..

they already have a terrible BBB rating, they cant actually force them to do anything. they can only make the information available to the consumer so they know what they are getting into.

Ken told me before that they were looking into making their own peak boost intercoolers because he was tired of dealing with PWR. I was told PWR was drop shipping my intercooler but that hasnt happend either. Does anyone know of the quality of these intercoolers compared to the PWR ones??

Has anyone gotten thru i've tried calling for the past week and nothing....

Exactly. You can either shell out the extra money now and get the Full-Race, or waste months upon months waiting for your setup. I just don't get people sometimes. You only get one life. Enjoy the Full-Race kit now and don't pay to wait... no sense to build a car not to enjoy it. It shouldn't be a damn paper weight, just sitting and waiting for parts.

Glad I didnt go with the original plan of the complete peakboost kit. Sucks to hear this so much. I used to think they were one of the top companies...

i dont think any of us bought the kit knowing we would have to wait 6 months plus (me going for 16)....
