Default Blue/White Smoke On Startup

D16Z6, T4 57 Trim Turbo

I have never noticed this until a couple days ago. I started my car to warm it up one morning and went into the house. Came out about 10 min. later and noticed it was puffing like a dark white smoke. Revved it a little and then noticed that it was a mix of blue and white and it was pretty heavy. But then when I drive it for awhile and reaches fot it goes away. I checked intercooler and no oil. So turbo seals seem fine.
So could it be valve seals?
Or am I just being paranoid, it has forged pistons.

It has 7000 miles on the rebuilt motor.
But could it also be the catch can? I have only cleaned it once before. (I'm lazy)
