Really? He did my manifold and downpipe and all charge piping. Yes time was delayed roughly 6 months. But I did get what was promised to me.

He now works for JRP, here in Ontario. Which is the easiest way to get ahold of him these days.

Really, I know Jay, he made me my setup. Sometimes he takes awhile, but really a damn year! That's too bad, he makes nice stuff.

California_Jay? Is that Jay Thornton's username on here or did you get cheated by someone else or someone posing as him ...

I had Jay make my first manifold and it was top quality stuff. On my second attempt to get a top mount from him. i waited 6 months he said he shipped it out about 25 times and gave me a ton of stories blah blah blah. Needless to say he refunded my money. I really wanted th emanifold but hey a refund is better then nothing right ?

Basically he got way to ahead of him self, promised to many people manifolds and couldnt keep up with the demands. Poor business ethics but he does make one hell of a manifold

I'm still waiting on my manifold...... It's been almost SEVEN MONTHS now. He isnt answering my emails now so i have no real way of contacting him anymore. i have read of numerous customers of his having to wait for ages but i really didnt expect to have to wait this long. Jay if your out there can you please answer my emails or get in contact with me and let me know what is happening. Thanks Richard.

there was a thread about this like 2 monthes ago. there were many a person who had the same problem waiting x amount of monthes, and getting stories about it already being shipped and customs problems and the mail company lost it but he will make you another one out of pocket. i had the same problem with jay and no one doubts his quality, i think thats why we all chose to go with jay.
i learned my lesson and it seems like hes really just hit or miss- some people get their manifolds quickly, some dont get it at all, some get refunded. i chose to go with afi instead..

Im not trying to hurt is name. I just want people to know the truth. The package is sitting in Detroit but he won't send a damm invoice. The manifold has been sitting there since Oct 2006.I have been waiting since May 2006. Jay probably does build a awesome manifold but ive havent seen it. I needed my Manifold in Jan so i can run in T4 class in Sac.

I have gotten my Set ups, The second one took some time but i still got it.

Now the OP said its sitting in customs in Detroit, Which means he did ship it out, now he has to send an invoice ? i am guessing for tax purposes ?
