the obd2 ls blocks have the pcv valve feeding off of the valve cover. so you will need to prolly get a 96+ls valve cover.

I just now notice I can not even use the black box on my 96 block. The holes are plugged. Can I run with out a pcv system on my motor or hook a catch can up and call it a day????? thanks

thats his old motor. his new one that he is building does not have the hole in it. you may need to make a hole for it since thats were the b16 pcv sits. and it may be kinda hard to do it in the valve covver

dang, that is going to be some major work. There has to be a way around it. Can you just run a catch can or that is out of the question??

you need a pcv valve, so you can't really just run a catch can.

If you are running a catchcan setup with drain back, you will have to bust a new hole there.

You can run the endyn system and then you wont need that black box at all.
