Payn 8-Rib Vortech Drive
Here is the final configuration of the shaft drive portion of the 8-rib drive for the Vortech system. They will come with a harmonic balancer with a 6.300" dia. 8-rib blower drive with a stock size alternator drive. You will need to specify the diameter of the blower drive. We will offer a 3.12", 2.95", 2.85", 2.75" pulleys, a 3.33" pulley can be special ordered. We feel that the 3.12 pulley should put the boost in the 15-16 lb range on a B16 at 8500 and the 3.33" should put a B16 in the 12-13 lb range at 8500. You should expect about a 2psi reduction in boost on a 1.8L.
The kit will come complete with all of the necessary hardware.
If anyone has any questions or would like to order, please feel free to contact Mattj (Dropspeed) or myself at the shop.
Thanks,

I'm guessing that you can only go so small with the pulley before you run out of room. Therfore needing something to change the ratio's or something like that. Kind of like a transmision. I dont know. Someone correct me if im wrong.

Ryan I would say close to 300 kits just for the Si. I have an inside guy or should I say I am the inside guy.
There are a few guys making around 400hp and are getting a lot of belt slippage from the stock 4-RIB set up. Honda uses 4 rib pullies by the way.
