I had my emissions test last friday.. past.. my car had to be tested twice as in canada my car was still classifies as a stock 1.8 L integra and went under it's emissions standards. The car had to be within a preset limit anything above or below would fail!..
I was low so the computer automaticly retested my car
HC ppm: limit 86 tested 70
CO% : 0.48 tested 0.33
NO ppm: limit 656 tested 591

I passed everything even the visual.. as all polution control equipment is still on my car..
my cranck case is vented back into the intake (just after the air filter).( that alone would have failed me!)
The dump tube from my wastegate is routed back into my downpipe.
A 2.5 highflow cat is in place.

I did ask if the open element air filter was legal.. his responce was " I am not looking at that! it is legal as far as my training was concerned !"
me gave me props for my car and love teh sound of my exhaust after the test was over he parked my car and reved it a few time and had a big smile on his face.. he gave me my keys and said .."man your car sounds sweet , very very deep for a 4 banger.." I thing a gained a bit of respect for a v8 guy as he had nothing but nice things to say about my car..

I was sooo nervous about the test.. but I am sooo glad I passed..

What else do you have on the car ? I would love to get a turbo but I'm worried about passing..... Do they always do a visual ? You're from Niagra right ?

I have a 2.5 cat back mandle ben tubing and a xtec muffler, neuspeed ignition and wires, the dump tube is re routed back into the down pipe, and crankcar is vented back into the intake after the airfilter. if you wna tI ca give you the adress of the midas I got my test done at they are really cool and have done a few moded imports (E tests) and yes I am from niagara region. mine was suppost to be done in november but I just wanted it done with so I did it early!.. if you need any help at all let me know my icq is 8834431 I am also on the http://www.DSCR.net boards and post there alot more as it is local toronto and niagara areas. the install is pretty easy.. I did it in my driveway, with abit of help. ther are few difficult parts but not that bad.. I did get alot of usefull info from infurno, dustin,GSRwboost and a few others...
