Partial-throttle tuning with uberdata?

IIRC open loop is when the engine is running entirely off of the fuel maps on the ECU. Some examples of when your car is in open loop is if you are WOT, or if you have closed loop disabled through Uberdata or Crome. When you are in closed loop your O2 sensor readings going to the ECU cause the engine to make slight fuel changes. An example of closed loop operation is when you are at idle or cruising conditions. If you disable closed loop then at idle and cruising the O2 sensor doesn't correct fuel.
I believe that's how it goes.
EDIT: I think when you are tuning people usually disable closed loop (put it in open loop). Then once they have their AFR's where they want them they enable closed loop.

Yes it can do it. The fuel modifiers are being worked on right now, and that will make it even easier to do.

people have idled 1000cc before. im gonna experiment with a set of 1600cc injectors. i dont know how successful i'll get with those. might have to step down to 1000cc
