Part Throttle stuttering...Hondata/FJO
Well, I searched and really found nothing. I have Hondata 4b and FJO wideband. 95 Teg, turbo, 787cc injectors, FPR set at 50psi, walbro 255 pump, NGK BKR711's gapped to .30, Blaster coil.
The car has about 660 miles on the rebuild GE block 84.55mm, 9.1 JE pistons, Eagle rods. Everything runs great. WOT is good when I give it occasionally, idle is great, A/F good and everything seems to run exceptionally well.
However, during the day, this has happened twice where I start to rev the engine and it pauses for an instant then jumps up to about 3k and then comes back down to 1k. When I hold the throttle where I just starts to give gas, it goes up and down like that until I rev it above 3k. After 3k or so it stays wherever I hold it at and runs fine....good A/F and everything. It reminds me of a vacuum leak, but all my vac lines are fine.
I noticed when I was doing some wideband tuning, all the part throttle readings are telling me I am way rich, like giving me +200% rich on the Hondata. My datalogging from 1k to 3k at part throttle (I wanna say under the 320mBar column) are all goofed up because the FJO LED readout is not showing rich at all. Once I raise the vac pressure past this it does not stutter and runs fine. It does this in all gears, once I come down to part throttle it starts to stutter. I need to start the car today and see if it does this when it is first run. It ran fine all day yesterday then started doing this last night and it did this another time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's my friends P61.......same as a p72 except it does not have 2ndary runner control....I think it's out of his b18a (92 Teg)

Well, thanks to Sgt, I got rid of most of the initial take of/part throttle stuttering...........I leaned out alot of the fuel right at the 302mBar from 1k to 3k........it still needs some fine tuning. Some of the wideband tuning readings are ridiculous, but overall, it did get rid of the stutter. Just have to keep driving and make adjustments.......other than that, everything runs well.
