P28 issues with Uberchip?
Is any one else having any issues with the Uberchip in the P28 ecu? I'm getting a bad O2 sensor code and running like crap?
Any one else with this issue?
According to Joseph Davis its stemming from incorrectly inferred P28 maps.

what do you mean trade it in for a 2b? the whole ecu or wha?
I would really like to get the uberchip working actually and get some support for it.

So my ecu is giving me a O2 sensor code problem.
If the P28 is essentially a P72 map then what the hell is going on with my program?
Has any one actually got a Uberchip P28 base map to work?

Yep, my P28 runs like hell too. I have to use my SMC with my Uberchip just to keep the fuel down low enough for the car to run. Hopefully, J. Davis is gonna help me out. He seemed to know what was going on with mine. I won't know until I get a .bin file from him and an EEPROM burner, though.
Well mine starts and idles fine which I thought is strange, then as soon as you give it gas you know **** ain't right. I can unplug my O2 sensor and there is no change. So what possible in the program could cause that error? The fact that its based on a P72 bin file?
well he said he refined it for P28 use and there are a couple of people around here running p28's with the Uberchip. People who I'm trying to find so I can get adecent P28 base map!

Well, Blake said you could, but you can trust his word about as far as you can throw it, or so it seems these days.
Also, Testudo, no one is giving away Hondata's for a crappy eeprom. He is offering them at a DISCOUNTED PRICE. Money is involved here
If they were free, I would be at his house, now!
But, related...
I have an eeprom burner and chip, but I need to get something to burn onto it, since I am apparently never getting blake's software...I have a stock bin file, but need something to edit it, or need someone to write me one for my car

i realize that but why deal with the headache of waiting for tuning software or to try to get your car running on the uberchip when you can take it out and get a discounted price on something reliable. I was just trying to help him out cause he was having problems
