P28 chipped and going back to stock via dip switches?
Guys i have not been able to find an answer to this so here goes. I'm faily new to the p28 chipping so forgive me if its been asked and the search didn't find it.
I have a p28 with no CEL and im going to throw a peakboost kit on there and im going to have my p28 chipped. My question to the guy doing the work was if i want to go back to stock what do i need to do so i can pass smog. He said he is going to put in switches where the capacitors go so its just a matter of flipping the dip switches so i can go back to stock and i don't even need to remove the p28 chip. Is this correct? has anyone had the same setup?
Thanks

Dip switches? In order for you to put it back to stock settings you would just have to cut the jumper on j1 and that's it.

Ok that makes sense, i mentioned on the phone jumper between the caps and he said yes maybe he wasn't sure or didn't want to get into details. Ill make sure he puts the jumpe on J1
