Default Overheating Problems Still, NEED HELP!!!

So I have been having weird Overheating Problems after I put in JE Piston and Scat rods in My GSR. So we thought it was the head, so we removed it and sent it to the Machine Shop to cut cause maybe it was warp. Last Night I was Cruising with the A/C On and after about 1 hour the Temp started to Climb, So I turned off the A/C and down it come, I dont really want to take out the Thermostat but I have no other choice, The Only other Thing that I think that maybe isnt efficient is the afterMarket Fan I bought from Strauss cause the Turbo Was hitting the Factory Fan, Should I change the Fan to something a Bit Bigger. Anyone have a idea of which One to use. Or Should I just remove the Thermostat???

I used the oem fans for my turbo install and it works fine in the Texas heat. I did put the condensor fan in the front and reverse polarity to make it a pusher instead of a puller. The radiator fan is left as it was except for minor trimming to clear the turbo. Is it heating up at low speeds? check the fans. Is it heating up at high speeds? check the cooling system. Just some thoughts that might help. Good Luck

I had very similar problems with using the aftermarket slimfans that are available at most automotive shops. This was with a fluidyne half style radiator in an integra. I would reccommend using a larger fan, or stock fan, if possible. The stock fans work really well.

Does your fan even work? Does it come on when its supposed to? Id check that and then replace the thermostat.

The Fan Comes On But I guess its not working well, I already Replaced the Thermostat switch and thermostat and Nothing Still. I need to get a Bigger Fan, Like a 12" 1200 cfm Up Fan, I would Use the FACTORY One but it hits the Turbo.
