Cutting fan shroud when installing turbo...
Well I never cut my fan shroud when I installed my drag3 turbo I just moved it over to the left for clearance but now I've finally decided to cut the fan shroud but it looks like the fan will hit the vacuum line off the turbo. Do you have to cut the fins on the fan itself too?

Re: Cutting fan shroud when installing turbo... (dustin)
I had to cut the fins and shroud...
they look ugly, I doubt it has any effect on cooling itself, I haven;t had any problems with overheating...

Don't you have a G2 Integra? I found it worth while to get a slim fan so as to fit the filter piping on the turbo as well.

Re: Cutting fan shroud when installing turbo... (dlplayboy)
I had to move the fan over to the side of the car so the fan wasnt all on the radiator. Right now Im just having some trouble getting the intake pipe and that little s pipe back on since the fan motor is in the way.
