you could try the cap, my cap went bad and it kept boiling over, but i never had boost when that happened, is the rubber cracked around the cap?

replace the cap before you do that, and while out, buy a helms/chiltons manual, it will

give you all the torque # and sequences, along. You might be able to download one

from online.

same crap is happening to me
once you lift the headgasket you NEED to replace it,. re-torquing won't do anything.

couple things
1- lower timing in boost
2- torque up new headstuds, and then after a couple drives, retorque, even higher than reccomended.
3- also try replacing the radiator cap, just for shiznit and giggles

Possibly your tune, did you have a shop do it? I ran 15psi on my d, with a small radiator, that was actually loosing all the fins out of it. When i did my first head swap i put too much oil on the bolts, and it seeped inbetween the head and block, so that was bad before i even started it. Put a new one in, NA still, and put a water temp guage for boosting later. I was overheating all summmer. Went boost, and was really pushing out the fluid. Changed it, and no more problems, and no overheating. If you still are over heating after your new headgasket i don't know. Whats your air fuel ratio. Did you replace your thermostat, there cheap. Your water pump might be bad too, they don't like to get overheated, but i doubt thats bad unless its leaking coolant.
