Here's the set up I'm thinking of (just the basics):
Holset HX35 Turbo
Spoolin Street Power A/C manifold (unless there's some way I can get a custom top mount to clear A/C but I doubt it)
525cc injectors
255lph fuel pump
Garrett Intercooler (29x8x3)
2.5 IC piping
Synapse BOV
Synapse 50mm wastegate
3.5" or 4" DP (whatever I can fit)
Full 3" exhaust

Engine is an internally stock B16A, only planning to run 8-10psi for now. Car will be tuned with ECtune/Neptune.

The ricer in me wants a Turbo XS RFL BOV. Should I replace the Synapse WG with a Tial?

After the ridiculous antics of Synapse's supposed HT rep on here a few months back, i wouldn't touch their products with a 10 foot pole. Not to mention, i've seen some rather disheartening pictures of the product quality. I'm sure you've seen this by now via PM...

Didn't see the pictures but I will take the advice, that's for sure.
Going to run Tial stuff instead.

So is it possible to run a top mount and keep A/C?

It is, but its going to be rather expensive and you may have problems with overheating. Personally, i would ditch the AC and just hope to keep PS. Also, on a stock block, a top mount is less than ideal. If you want i can give you my personal comparison between a topmount and SLS mini ram. FYI, i gained over 40whp and 40wtq in the midrange after the switch. If you want pics, let me know and i'll dig them up...

more info on the comparison of the manifolds? although i would never run a mini ram due to oil drain problems

I didnt really have problems with the oil drain, but i agree it was more of a headache than other manifolds. Anyway, here's the comparison. The setup and boost level are exactly the same. Its a GT3255b (built by TheShodan) on my stock GSR at 10psi.

You're probably going to have to talk to TheShodan for that one. I dont have any of the pictures saved and this was a good while ago...if TheShodan doesn't have any, i'm sure Tial does...

I have them of the unit itself. It represents several that have come back to me and others in "not so good" of a shape. I don't post them online because I don't want the image to get too carried away (like the XS compressor housing that was epoxied together). It was passed around like gangbusters!!!

So I may just keep the images that I took for the sake of not being slanderous. Synapse tried solving the problems, but to no avail. In the end, the market will do its justice.
