That's why I tap resistor boxes straight from the injector harness

Search for the post "ladysman" posted up, it has good pictures and a good description of how to install the wiring.

here you go

yes yes i know-- i should have done it that way, but i probobly still would have messed it up. i looked at that thread and everyone says the injectors are in different laces-- I NEED to find out which one of these wires are the injectors and which ones arent... its very frustrating. anyway, if you can help, PLEASE DO SO...is there anyway i can pull off the clip and find out what the injector pots look like?

edit: pictures

dam 2.0 megapixels...

My best suggestion is to be-friend a digital mutimeter, it will help you out. Some guys have found that all cars do not have the same connector pinouts to each injector. It is best to use the DMM and check continuity between the connector and the injector clip.

Yes you have to use Ohms, and find the ones with resistance.

Here is the picture Hondata has on their site. Most of the time people say its wrong. So just get a multimeter like Brrod said.

how much resistance to the injectors have opposed to the other ones? i wired it up to that and (without knowing the other two wires) started it up...rev limit 5 grand, idles around 2400...ill have to check my burn maybe...

Peak and hold have about 2 OHMS impedence, saturated have 8-10 OHMS impedence.

The cap that goes on the end of that plug seems to just connect all of those wires together.

~It does, the cap makes a common circuit of all those wires - Saturated injectors.
~Wiring in the resistor box (in thw correct way) is what allows peak and hold injectors to function correctly.

And what the heck does " it is too late to check for continuity now" mean?
It is NEVER too late to do a good job.

well i got it all wired in and seems to be running good. it would idle at 3000 rpms but after resetting the ecu w/ the new chip in it settled back down to somewhere under 1000.

for anyone that cares, hondata's site is correct when it comes to a 92 integ (gsr). thanks for yer help guys.

Good to hear you got it working. Lesson learned, Check Continuity!!!
