One-fab...problems

I told you I would fix it and even pick up the Shipping Charges to replace the flange myself, But being that fact your order took longer than expected the first time you didnt want to Send it back. I understand that, but its quite frustrating to see that you are complaining that you havent gotten your flange in one weeks time. Im sorry but shipping across the country takes time.

Most of you creating Drama have never ever even dealt with me and have no idea on any of the situations being addressed.
Thats fine if you dont want to deal with me over whats posted, i can understand that. But you have no right to justify personally attack me If i have in fact never dealt with you. People continually post how others should run their businesses, your input is much appreciated, but none of you have any idea of whats going on behind the lines of this website. I have in fact stopped taking any orders over the last MONTH other than Dealer Sales.
You all post do this and that with your Credit Cards, yea they sure can, But fortunatly Its not as easy as you might claim. No one is being ripped off whatsoever, if it came to that point I would in fact refund money before any even needed to charge-back an order. So quit telling people how they need to use their Credit cards and how businesses need to Process them. That is completely un-related
95% of the businesses run on here will not process an order withouth payment.
I among other business need payment up front to purchase materials and pay for the Essentials needed to create the orders.
On top of that If i dont take payment how do I put priority on a order thats not paid for over people that are in line and are paid For.

This is all Honda-tech is right now. A bunch of Monday morning quarterbacks and a bunch of people who swear every company is out to scam them. If you don't want to wait for custom parts, then learn how to make them yourself. When you deal with outside vendors **** happens, it's like that in every business. I was a food and beverage director for a large hotel for 2 yrs while attending school and we always had issues with outside vendors that made us look like idiots. Where these vendors trying to scam us? No. **** happens. And the only way to eliminate the issues is to do everything in house. If you can't do it yourself then be, prepared to wait, if you can't wait, then get a new job. This is really starting to get ridicules, there is a thread like this today were the guy has been waiting for like 2 weeks and thinks he is getting scammed. This is a tech forum not a place to bitch and moan about companies!!
Matt, I applaud the way that you have dealt with this, don't let people who have no idea what it is like to deal with numerous deadlines and angry customers aggravate you.
Just an observation.......it seems like your products take on average 1-2 months to get completed and sent to your customers, yet you still have people lined up so........
1) to prospective customers.......do you realize that the wait for these products from 1fab take a while and knowing this, people are still lined up around the block to get a mani from him? This tells me that his manifolds are the deffinately good ****, now if I had to have a manifold in week I prolly wouldn't buy from him, but if I wasn't on a strict schedule I would buy from him in a heart beat. He has come one here and done his best to resolve/diffuse the situation, customer service is one of the 3 major ingredients to a successful business (the other two being a quality products and good pricing) and he seems to have all 3 to a certain extent, but more importantly he seems to be sincere.........that's hard to find.
2) to the company (matt)......I in no way want to come off like I would or could understand where you are coming from, and I know that "good help is hard to find" but it looks to me like if you got some decent help and got back up to or ahead of (which prolly seems impossible to you at this time) the orders you have, you could really clean up. I think if you could do this your market share would skyrocket! GL man. Keep your head up I'm rootin 4 u.
fyi, I have never bought from 1fab and already have a neukin manifold lined up because it is brand new, a good price and the guy has it in hand. So, I am in no way attempting to patronize matt.
