Default Old School Blitz boost contoller instructions.....

I have had this boost controller for awhile now. I bought it used so I never got instructions with it. I have noticed ever since I have gotten it the boost will spike to 9 psi then drop to 7psi and with the unit turned off it hold just under 5psi with no spiking . On the Brain there is a switch for AC--WG. I have it set on AC and have the selonoid inline with the boost singnal going to the Tial wastegate. I assume WG would be used if you would use the port on top of the wastegate but since my hood already touches I don't think that is an option
Now also on the brain there is a gain. I would like to know which way is up and down and how to go about setting it up right. Any help would be great. Thanks

bringing this back from the dead but i have the same questions. there is only one place for a vacuum source from the ssbc box. should it go to the side of the WG while the top goes to a vacuum? and also the AC or WG option.

Are you talking abou the boost referrence on the brain? That gets tapped to manifold pressure. The SSBC's solenoid should have 3 ports. One is boost pressure from before the TB, one is output to the vac side of the wastgate, and the other one is a bleed port.

To run in WG mode, you need to run the wastegate's boost signal like you normally would, either from the compressor housing or the manifold to the side of the w/g. Then you run the output from the SSBC solenoid to the top or vac side of the WG.

If you want to run it in AC mode, you run boost signal to the IN port of the SSBC solenoid and then you run it from the OUT port to the side/boost port on the w/g.

Make sense?
