Default ok last question for WB O2 sensor

I'm specifically looking for a WB o2 sensor with some type of moinitoring system and something i can tune off of. I was hoping to replace my stock one since i think its gone bad. I've done a search and seen this has been covered many times, but im still confused.

Techedge seems a lil complicated for me and the price of the sensors seem to high and hard to find.

Halmeter sounded good to me and affordable, but i read on some post you can't really tune off it ? and its only a lil better than autometer ?

Can anyone recommend something ? i dont wanna spend more money than i need to... but then again i want to get something reliable and good
