Is there any possible way of cleaning an o2 sensor. I recently replaced mine with a new stock honda o2 sensor, but becuase the car was running super rich, its covered with alot of black carbon again... i can't afford to buy another o2 sensor... TIA

Heat the tip with a torch, I used a butane soldering iron with a torch tip and cleaned my o2 sensor, I just heated the tip until it burned off all the suit. and nows it running fine again

Hmm... that's interesting, mine is currently pretty fouled... I'll probably try the torch thing out one of these evenings this next week and I'll post back up and let everyone know how it worked for me.

Yea the torched worked out pretty good for me, just be careful not to over do it, I heated the tip up evenly until it turned whiteish color and it look very clean afterwards. the outer tip shell will glow red hot. only took a couple minutes to do and its still running fine.
