The car is a civic ek hatch with stock b18b (in sig) full 3''exhaust no cat no resinator. If you wipe the inside of the exhaust its all oily. Can this be because I dont have a oil pressure restrictor on the turbo yet?
I did comp checks before turbo, and 2 days ago and they seemed good still.

Its most likely leaky turbo oil seals. Depending on the size of your feedline, you shouldnt need a restrictor. I beleive -3an should be the size of the line, but people with -4an sometimes run a restrictor. It may be time for a rebuild with some new seals.
well if you's like to pull the exhaust manifold and see if the exhaust ports on the head, or the runners on the manifold are oily, then you will know if it is coming from the turbo or not.
May I ask what turbo it is and where you got it from?

ok, manifold and all head exhaust ports are all dry. So its prob just oil leaking past the seals on the turbo from too high oil press i guess then?
