oil return line - shallow end?

Default oil return line - shallow end?

my drain hose lines up to the shallow end of the oil pan. i know most people tap their oil pan in the deep end, but is there an disadvantages of tapping it in the shallow end??

None that I can think of. Most people tap the deep part because it's the lowest part you can tap so gravity will help out the most.

You should be good as long as the turbo oil outlet is still higher than your pan fitting.

As long as its above the oil level in the pan your good to go

I tapped mine right there on my H23 b/c is was the straightest line from the turbo.. works perfectly!
