oil restrictor?

oil restrictor?
its a b18c1 engine. i have t3/t4 a ball bearing garrett 60 trim. the oil feed is a -3 stainless line from stealthmode. my question is what size restrictor do i need and where can i get one?

found this and bought a .035 and a .055. i will try them with a pressure guage when i start up my engine to determine the right one.
