oil pumps
ok i just took apart my B20 oil pump and my b18c oil pump and they are identical in every way.
now i looked up the part numbers on the acura parts website and even th 2001 LS oil pump are the same.
can anyone clarify that my findings about the b20 and itr/gsr oil pumps are the same?
MAYBE obd2 oild pumps are simaler?

Re: oil pumps
Only if it's within tollerances. A Helms service manual will provide the exact specs, and your eyes can tell you if the housing & gears are chewed up. Usually you can just replace the crank seal, since there's very little mechanical load on the pump, and its always packed with oil.
The CKF is the crank flucuation sensor, the variable reluctance sensor that deals with ignition - its what hovers over those big teeth on the timing belt gear.
