Default Oil problems

I have been having some major engine troubles lately. At idle, my car sounds as if it is missing, but anywhere above idle it sounds fine. I recently found oil in my coolant reservoir. I am also getting loads of smoke whenever the car is in boost, but I am beginning to think that the smoke is from oil from the dipstick tube hitting the exhaust manifold and burning it, because everytime i go into boost and check the dipstick it is sticking out of the tube. I have replaced the dipstick many times and the manifold (Greddy kit) keeps melting the rubber of the dipstick. There is also large amounts of smoke coming from the exhaust when the car is revved in park. Possible cause of all these problems was a blown off hose connecting the turbo to the wastegate causing the turbo to overboost, strange thing is that I have Hondata S300 and it was tuned to have a boost cut. I have also found that my plugs were covered in oil on several occasions. A compression test will be done tomorrow, however I don't have the necessary tools for a leakdown test.

Sorry this is so long just trying to give out all the info.

Car:
d16z6
Wiseco pistons, eagle rods, ferrea valvetrain, Moroso oilpan, Greddy turbo kit, lots more if needed, just ask

Is it possible that it could be the piston rings, for some reason I have been suspecting those for sometime. Just havent gotten around to checking.
