Default oil not getting to turbo...please help!

(this is a turbonetics t3/t4 just installed on a h23)

oil feed line to turbo is good and has oil moving through it like it should.

my problem is if I take OFF the "oil feed line" on the turbo side, the fitting that it goes to on the turbo housing will not accept any oil. I tried pouring a small amount into the fitting manually and it takes FOREVER(a few hours) for a couple drops to get through the little mesh filter that turbonetics puts in the fitting. It is causing a good bit of pressure on the fitting and after running the car for a few minutes the oil has nowhere to go. It ends up coming out of the 1/8 fitting. Ive tried teflon tape and high heat insta-gasket. The insta-gasket helped, but after a few mintues oil backs up in the line and forces oil out of the fitting.

Im thinking its not smart to take out the mesh filter in the oil fitting on the turbo housing, but I cant figure out why oil is not going through it.

that mesh acts as a restrictor. thus manually pouring oil into it isnt going to work when a motor usually pumps 30-60+ psi of oil through that mesh screen. a lot of oil can flow out at 40 Psi out of that tiny little fitting.
